Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BlueLine Solutions, including its BlueLine Solutions USA website and its BlueLine EVS business, collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with bluelinesolutionsusa.com, bluelineevs.com, and customer inquiries, orders, and services.
Information you provide
We collect information you provide when contacting us, requesting a quote, ordering products, registering for training, or arranging service. This may include your name, organization, title, email, telephone number, billing or shipping address, correspondence, order details, and documents you submit. Vehicle services may require the vehicle's year, make, model, VIN, and requested work. Credential card orders may include authorized names, photographs, titles, and artwork.
Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, criminal justice information, or medical records through ordinary email or website forms. Contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method when needed. Quote forms that open your email application transmit the inquiry when you send that email through your email provider.
Visitor information and browser storage
Our websites use first-party traffic reporting to measure visits, page views, referral sources, campaign sources, and approximate city, region, and country. The reporting script uses a randomly generated visit identifier stored in browser session storage, with a new visit after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. Approximate location is inferred from network information; we do not request your device's precise GPS location.
The sites make a browser request to api.ipapi.is to help estimate city and region. That provider receives technical information, including your IP address, needed to respond. Our hosting infrastructure also processes network and request information to serve pages and protect the sites. Browser session storage and stored traffic records have separate lifecycles: closing a tab does not delete records already recorded on our servers.
Our first-party traffic script skips reporting when it detects Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track setting of 1. This describes our own reporting script, not the behavior of every third-party feature. Browser settings can restrict storage and third-party cookies, although some features may not function as expected.
Social media and third-party features
Pages containing a Facebook feed load content from Meta/Facebook. Those requests may disclose your IP address, browser information, and information about the page containing the feed, and Facebook may use cookies or associate activity with your account according to its own policies and your settings. Links to YouTube, manufacturers, and other third-party websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes; fulfill orders; schedule installations, training, and services; produce authorized custom products and credentials; provide customer support, warranty assistance, and replacement orders; maintain business records; protect our websites; and meet legal obligations. If we send promotional email, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Necessary transaction communications may continue.
Disclosure and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information needed to fulfill your request to hosting providers, manufacturers, distributors, shipping providers, payment providers, instructors, and authorized service partners. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as lawfully necessary to address fraud, security incidents, disputes, or threats to rights or safety. Third-party social media processing is described above.
Payments
Payment arrangements are provided when payment is requested. Use the payment channel identified for your transaction and do not email payment card details.
Record retention
We retain customer and business records on a long-term basis for as long as legally permitted and reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes. These purposes include ongoing customer relationships, repeat orders, authorized replacement credentials, service and warranty history, accounting, legal compliance, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Retention depends on the record type, sensitivity, purpose, applicable law, contractual requirements, and any legal hold. We do not apply a single maximum retention period to all records. Required deletion deadlines, applicable privacy rights, and legal restrictions take precedence. Sensitive personal information is retained only while there is a legitimate need. When information is no longer needed or its deletion is required, it will be securely deleted, destroyed, or de-identified, subject to lawful exceptions.
Security and privacy requests
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us with privacy concerns or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may verify your identity. Legal recordkeeping duties, legal holds, and other lawful exceptions may limit deletion. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
Children and software services
These websites are intended for adults, business customers, and organizations and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This policy covers our websites and customer interactions. Processing agency records through BlueLine One or another software service must be addressed in the applicable product-specific privacy documentation and service agreement.
Updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
